Mayor Tim Shaw Receives The Most Votes In County Supervisor Race

(Orange County, California) The official results for the primary election show Mayor Tim Shaw as the top vote-getter in the race for County Supervisor in the 4th District. Mayor Shaw finished first in the primary vote with 18,171 votes, or 20.6% of the total vote, with five other candidates in the field. Now Mayor Shaw will move on to the November election with the momentum of a first place showing in the primary. Upon receiving notice of the official vote count Mayor Shaw stated “It is very gratifying that so many voters in the 4th district placed their trust in me to represent them. I owe a debt of gratitude to all of my supporters and volunteers. This is just the first step, and we will work hard to get our message out to all the voters in the 4th District this fall.”

Tim Shaw is currently the Mayor of La Habra and has served on the La Habra City Council since 2008. Mayor Shaw also serves the County as the Vice-Chair of the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD), as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Association of California Cities – Orange County (ACCOC).
